I’m Jody.
I’m a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with training from Emory University. I have a master’s degree in social work from the New York University and a Masters of Education from Columbia Teachers’ College. Additionally, I hold a nutrition Certificate from the E-Cornell. All of my education and personal interests along with professional experiences culminated for me in health and wellness coaching. I care deeply about the health and wellness of all and I find it inspiring to help others find their own way to their best self. As working mom of 3 teenagers, 2 dogs and 1 husband, I know we are all a work in progress.
