Health & Wellness
Perhaps you or a family member have received a diagnosis, like type II diabetes or celiac disease, and you need to change your diet, your pantry, or habits. Or, maybe you’re seeking new ways to reduce stress and increase mindfulness.
We will help you figure out how to get there.
As a social worker, special education teacher, and parent, I know that making the right decisions for your children can feel like navigating a labyrinth.
If you’ve received test results for your child and aren’t sure what’s next for school and for family, if your child is struggling in school, or family dynamics have become more complicated, I can help you
Health and happiness is a balance of mindful awareness, food, physical activity and relaxation, meaningful work, relationships, environment, conventional medical care and complimentary care.
We offer workshops and individual coaching on topics such as:
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
- Habit formation
- Goal setting
I’m a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with training from Emory University. I have a master’s degree in social work from the New York University and a Masters of Education from Columbia Teachers’ College. Additionally, I hold a nutrition Certificate from the E-Cornell. All of my education and personal interests along with professional experiences culminated for me in health and wellness coaching. I care deeply about the health and wellness of all and I find it inspiring to help others find their own way to their best self. As working mom of 3 teenagers, 2 dogs and 1 husband, I know we are all a work in progress.
