First the title caught my attention! I love the idea of keeping it simple so I was curious about those 48 words and wondering what I could tick off their list…
Health:
This is a super flexible recipe for granola that keeps me going when I’m on the move!

GRANOLA
- Pre heat oven to 375
- On a foil-lined cookie sheet mix:
• 3 generous cups old-fashioned Oats
• 1/2 cup seeds, nuts, or anything you like - Bake 8 minutes, till light golden
• Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325° - In a large bowl mix:
• 3 T melted BUTTER in microwave then add
• ½ C (scant) MAPLE SYRUP or HONEY - To the bowl, add:
• The toasted OAT/trail mix
• 1 C of BRAN FLAKES recipe crunched
• ¼ C+ FLAX MEAL - Spread the mixture on the tray, then
• Bake 6 -18 minutes
• When cool, break into small pieces and store in covered container
