Hi, I’m Jody. I am a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, committed to helping others find their paths towards change. Coaching, counseling, connecting closely with people and teams, and planning for the future have been my life’s purpose. From social work, to special education, to literacy, to founding a healthy school lunch program in Atlanta, my journey to health & wellness coaching is the culmination and sum of all of these parts. At the core of everything I have done both personally and professionally throughout my life is a passion for change, a drive to find solutions to unmet problems, an unquenchable thirst for insight and inspiration, and an unwavering belief that every challenge and goal is achievable when broken into tiny, manageable pieces.
